Procedures for Challenges of Library Materials
Pursuant to I.C. 20-26-5.5, all schools are required to develop a procedure for parent or community members (who live in the school corporation) to request removal of school library material that is obscene or harmful to minors. Therefore, the Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees have adopted Policy 5051, which can be found in our Policy Manual located within BoardDocs - HERE.
