Unified Track Meeting Tonight!!!

Save The Date!!!
For the CPCSC District Wide Travel Fair & Show! April 20th.

Third grade had their IREAD parent night Tuesday evening. The students invited were able to do many activities and tasks that they will see on the test. Parents were excited to see actual practice tests, so they could see what is expected of their third grader! It was a great night with our BES families!

4th grade and 1st grade partnered up for a fun READO REWARD! The students that did their January READO Board got to have a "snowball" fight and eat some "snowballs" (powdered sugar donuts). Congrats to all the kids that did their January Reado Boards!

An honest Hoosier came to speak to our kids today about his life and legacy.
4th grade was visited by none other than “Abraham Lincoln” who gave us a glimpse back into history through storytelling.
A huge thanks to CPEF for providing the grant that helped fund this convocation.

Clark-Pleasant Schools Plan for Solar Eclipse
Dear Clark-Pleasant Families,
We would like to make you aware that a total solar eclipse will take place April 8, 2024. This eclipse will reach across 16 states but will be most prominent in Central Indiana, especially in Johnson County. Therefore like many nearby school districts, we are making plans for a "live," synchronous E-Learning Day on 04/08/2024. We are making this decision out of an abundance of caution as the eclipse will take place in Indiana for over several hours. Additionally, we are being told by local emergency management officials that there will be a significant influx of visitors coming to Johnson County during this time period creating major concerns with transportation and congestion. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to your respective school building administrators.
Sincerely,
Dr. Timothy Edsell
Superintendent
Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation

This week is National School Counseling Week. We are so thankful for Mrs. DeLion and all the amazing work she does with students and staff. She is always there for others in times of need, and is proactive in working with students. She has done an amazing job facilitating our Warrior Way Store and Experiences for students. She is a compassionate and empathetic educator and we are very appreciative of everything she does for the Break-O-Day community!
